Mary was born on March 17th, 1805 in Lockwood and her baptism took place on April 26th, 1805.1  Mary's father was William Liversidge and her mother was Hannah Kinder.  Her maternal grandparents were William Kinder and Sarah Taylor. She had seven brothers and four sisters, named John, David, Henry, Kinder, William, Law, Amos, Sarah, Martha, Elizabeth and Hannah. She had an adopted sister named Eliza.  She died at the age of 23 in September 1828 in Lockwood.  She was buried on September 28th, 1828 in Almondbury.2
