Thomas Henry Isherwood

Thomas' father was Ralph Isherwood and his mother was Margaret Chadwick. His paternal grandparents were Thomas Isherwood and Margaret Vickers (not Bickerstaff). He had two brothers and four sisters, named James, Henry, Ellen, Mary, Alice and Margaret. He was the oldest of the seven children. He died in 1869 in Preston.¹
