Elizabeth Howarth

Elizabeth was born in December 1694 in Lower Darwen and her baptism took place on December 21st, 1694 at St. Mary-the-Virgin (Blackburn).¹²

Elizabeth's father was Peter Howarth and her mother was Alice Ainsworth. Her paternal grandparents were Thomas Howarth and Elizabeth Osbuston. She had two brothers named Thomas and John. She was the second oldest of the three children.

General Notes
- 20 Sept 1720, Elizabeth married Robert Feilden, of Manchester, Gent., great uncle of the late Sir William Feilden, Bart., of Feniscowles, but had no issue. They were married at St Mary, Blackburn by licence, both of the parish of Blackburn.
  
  Mrs Elizabeth Fielden was left £200 in her father's Will.
