James Holt

James was born in 1837 in Bolton.¹

- Aged 14 in 1851, born Bolton

He had a sister named Elizabeth. He was adopted by Edmund Holt & Catherine Yates. He had two half-brothers and two half-sisters, named William, James, Mary and Margaret. James is no longer alive.

General Notes
- James (14) was at Sharples in 1851 with parents Edmund and Catherine. However, this cant be correct if Edmund had a son James that died in 1844. Maybe he is adopted after the loss of James, or an illegitimate son of Catherine. He cannot be found in 1841.
