Hannah was born in 1772 in Whitefield and her baptism took place on August 16th, 1772 at St. Mary-the-Virgin (Prestwich).¹

Birth Notes

Hannah's father was Ralph Holt and her mother was Elizabeth Mather. Her maternal grandparents were John Mather and Joanna Hilton. She had two brothers and a sister, named John, James and Elizabeth. She was the second youngest of the four known children.
