William was born on February 24th, 1950 in New York (NY). William's father was William Kay Heapy Snr and his mother was Giovanina (Jenny) Altobelli. His paternal grandparents were William Heapy and Mary Jane Kay. He had a brother named Donald. He was the younger of the two known children. He died at the age of 61 on July 2nd, 2011 in Florida.¹
