Sarah, known as Sarah Ann, was born in 1847 in Normanton.1  Sarah Ann's father was Edward Hall and his mother was Mildred (Amelia) Stillings.  His paternal grandparents were William Hall and Sarah Liversidge.  He died at the age of 48 in 1895.
