Ellen Greenhalgh

Ellen was born on May 14th, 1840 in Breightmet.¹

  On 14 May1840 she brought forth a daughter who was named Ellen. 

Ellen's father was William Greenhalgh and her mother was Mary Clough.  Her paternal grandparents were Robert Greenhalgh and Eleanor (Ellen) Walmsley. She had four brothers and two sisters, named Robert, John, Ezekiel, Joseph, Mary and Mary.  She was the third oldest of the seven children. She had four half-brothers and a half-sister, named James, William, Nephi, Jacob and Sarah.  She died about 1844 in Illinois (IL).¹
