Susannah was born in December 1859 in Huyton.¹

Birth Notes

Susannah's father was Thomas Gore and her mother was Ellen Jeffs Lusty. Her paternal grandparents were William Gore and Susannah Webster. She had four brothers and two sisters, named William, Joseph, John, George, Ellen and Margaret. She was the second oldest of the seven children.
