Thomas' father was John Eddowes and his mother was Ann Gittins. He had three brothers and a sister, named John, Edward, Richard and Martha.  He was the third oldest of the five children.  He died at the age of 73 on October 21st, 1849 in Worthen.

  Thomas Eddowes late of Bin Weston died 21 Oct 1849 aged 73; also his wife Mary died 30 Mar 1863 aged 78; also their son George died 2 Apr 1866 aged 57; also son Richard (his brother) died 20 Jan 1886 aged 71.

‌Thomas and Mary were married.  They had two sons named George and Richard.
