Anne was born in 1712 in Cheshire and her christening took place on December 7th, 1712 in Nantwich.1  Anne's father was Benjamin Dale and her mother was Elizabeth Horton.  Her paternal grandparents were William Dale and Sarah Dale. She had a brother and three sisters, named Richard, Mary, Elizabeth and Sarah.  She was the third oldest of the five known children.
