Catherine Crook

Catherine was born in 1746 in Bolton and her baptism took place on August 10th, 1746 at St. Peter's (Bolton).¹

Catherine's father was John Crook and her mother was Hannah (Ann) Twisse. Her maternal grandparents were Peter Twisse and Katherine Welch. She had two brothers and three sisters, named John, Peter, Mary, Ellen and Betty. She was the fourth oldest of the six children. She died at the age of 21 in 1767.
