James Chadwick

James' father was William Chadwick and his mother was Jenny (Jane) Mather.  His maternal grandparents were John Mather and Betty Sutcliff. He had four brothers named James, John, William and Thomas.  He was the oldest of the five children.  He died at the age of 1 in June 1826 in Bolton.  He was buried on June 4th, 1826 at St. Mary (Deane).^2 3
