Nancy's father was James Campinot and her mother was Grace Shaw. She had a brother and seven sisters, named Joseph, Hannah, Sally, Betty, Sally, Mally, Charlotte and Fanny.  She was the fourth youngest of the nine children.  She died at the age of 1 in May 1803 in Marsden.  She was buried on May 21st, 1803 in Marsden.²
