Lydia was born in July 1719 in Nantwich and her christening took place on July 18th, 1719 at St. Mary (Nantwich).1  Lydia's father was Sandford Brereton and her mother was Lydia Turner.  Her paternal grandparents were Jonathan (John) Brereton and Mary Sandford; her maternal grandparents were John Turner and Esther Comberbach. She had two brothers and a sister, named Sandford, Thomas and Esther. She had three half-sisters named Jane, Lydia and Margaret.  She died at the age of 2 in September 1721 in Wybunbury.  She was buried on September 11th, 1721 in Wybunbury.2
