Ann was born in June 1806 in Nantwich and her baptism took place there on June 28th, 1806.1  Ann's father was George Brereton and her mother was Sarah Bebbington. She had two brothers named John and Thomas.  She was the youngest of the three children. She had a half-sister named Stephen.  She died at the age of 68 in October 1874 in Nantwich.1
