John Dyson Bottomley

John was born on November 1st, 1876 in Golcar.¹

John's father was John Bottomley and his mother was Hannah Gill Dyson. His maternal grandparents were John Dyson and Betty Robinson (Ward). He had a brother and two sisters, named Joe, Hannah and Laura. He was the oldest of the four children. He died at the age of 40 in June 1917 in Huddersfield.²

  John Dyson Bottomley (aged 14) was living with George (his nephew) and Mary in 1891, so must have been the son of George's sister Hannah Gill and John Bottomley.
  
  He was still with George and Mary in 1901, now as a boarder.
