Frank's father was Henry Baber and his mother was Alice Lomax.  His maternal grandparents were Benjamin Lomax and Alice Horridge. He had a brother named Harry.  He was the older of the two children. He had two half-brothers and three half-sisters, named Edward, Benjamin, Annie, Ada and Bertha.
