Marguerite was born on September 15th, 1665 in Chàteau-Richer, Montmorency and her christening took place there on October 21st, 1665.  Marguerite's father was Claude Bouchard and her mother was Louise Nicole Gagné-Gasnier.  Her paternal grandparents were Jacques Bouchard and Nicole Bouchard; her maternal grandparents were Louis II Gagné and Marie Michel. She had two brothers and two sisters, named François, Antoine, Geneviève and Rosalie.  She was the oldest of the five children.  She died at the age of 65 on April 6th, 1731 in Baie-St-Paul, Qc, Canada.
