Oliver Stevens 
Oliver was born in 1759 in Canaan, Litchfield County, Connecticut.1 Oliver's father was Andrew Stevens Sr and his mother was Ester Safford. His paternal grandparents were Thomas Stevens Sr and Mary Hall. He had five brothers and six sisters, named John, Safford, Andrew, Stephen, Nathaniel, Mary, Esther, Dorothy, Amy, Olive and Desire. He was the youngest of the twelve children. He died at the age of 54 in 1813 in Cicero, Onondaga County, New York.1 General Notes
