He had seven brothers and a sister, and also a sibling of unknown gender, named Julius, Charles, Louis, David, Barney, Noah, Stephen, Louisa and Euphemie.General Notes

I believe that Sancomb (which I am tracking) was americanized from St. Come which I guess was a dit name of Gagne. The Sancombs came from Canada to NY (7 of 8 brothers served in the Civil War).
