Charles' father is Gabriel Gagne and his mother is M. Louise Bincette (Jolibois). His paternal grandparents are Louis-Amable Gagne and Marguerite Huguenier; his maternal grandparents are Jn-Bte. Bincette and M.L. Bourbeau. He was an only child. Charles is no longer alive.
