Beatrice?, known as Beatrice of England, was born in 1271.1   Beatrice of England's father was King Edward (Longshanks) Plantagenet and her mother was Eleanor.  Her paternal grandparents were King Henry (Henry III) Plantagenet III and Eleonore Bérenger. She had four brothers and eight sisters, named John of England, Henry of England, Alphonso of England, Edward II, Katherine of England, Joan of England, Eleanor of England, Joan of Acre, Margaret of England, Berengaria of England, Mary of England and Elizabeth.  She was the sixth oldest of the thirteen children. She had two half-brothers and a half-sister, named Thomas of Brotherton, Edmund of Woodstock and Eleanor of Winchester.  She died at the age of 1 in 1272.1
