Anne Marie was born on May 5th, 1801 in Heusden.1   Anne Marie's father was Joannes Gaethofs and her mother was Catherina Vandebos (Vandenbosch).  Her paternal grandparents were Joannes Michael Gaethofs and Anna Catharina Put; her maternal grandparents were Petrus Vandenbosch and Anna Bervoets. She had six brothers and two sisters, named Petrus Henricus (Hendrik), Gaspard, Joseph, Jean Michel, Bernard, Casimire, Joanna and Anna Coletta.  She was the third oldest of the nine children.  She died at the age of 73 on November 24th, 1874 in Paal.1
