Maria , known as Francisca, was born on October 18th, 1686 in Antwerp.1   Her godfather was Egidius Broers and her godmother was Maria Broers. Francisca's father was Aegidius  BROERS  and her mother was Magdalena De Encker (Hencker) .  Her paternal grandparents were Egididius BROERS  and Maria Crauwers . She had a brother and a sister, named Joannes  and Catharina .  She was the youngest of the three children.
