Catharina  was born on December 6th, 1665 in Waver.1   Her godfather was Joannes Torfs and her godmother was Catharina Truyts. Catharina 's father was BROERS , Gummarus  and her mother is Wouters , Maria.  Her paternal grandfather was BROERS , Jan  and her paternal grandmother is De Clerck, Agnes. She had six brothers and three sisters, named Petrus , Gummarus , Judocus , Antonius , Franciscus , Jan , Maria , Elisabeth  and Maria .  She was the sixth oldest of the ten children.  She died at the age of 75 on November 30th, 1741 in Mechelen.2
