Gummarus  was born on November 29th, 1625 in Waver.1   His godfather was Gummarus Geens  and his godmother was Maria Broers .  Gummarus 's father was BROERS , Jan  and his mother is De Clerck, Agnes.  His paternal grandparents are BROERS  (BRUERS) , Joannes  and Keldermans , Maria. He had three brothers and four sisters, named Gummara , Andreas, Jacobus , Catharina, Martina , Elisabeth and Anna .  He was the sixth oldest of the eight children.  He died at the age of 63 on April 30th, 1689 in Waver.2
