Benjamin Franklin was born in 1887.  Benjamin Franklin's father was Harrison Azbell and his mother was Matilda Jane Conrad.  His paternal grandparents were John Samuel Asbell and Sarah Bicknell.  He was the tenth of thirteen children.  He had ten brothers and two sisters, named Charles Washington, Henry H., Nathaniel, Wesley J., William J., Edward E., Jessie M., Joseph Daniel, Robert Wilson, Jeremiah Alonzo, Missouri and Rosetta M..  He had four half-brothers and two half-sisters, named Harrison, Henry, James D., John, Matilda and Anna.
