Christina was born on January 1st, 1882 in IJzevoorde (Doetinchem).1  Christina's father was Jacob Jansen and her mother was Johanna Cornelia Lankwarden.  Her paternal grandparents were Jacob Jansen and Christina Schreur(s); her maternal grandparents were Hendrik Jan Lankwarden and Johanna Bulten. She had two brothers and three sisters, named Hendrik Jan, Johan, Johanna Christina, Johanna Cornelia and Hendrika.  She was the second oldest of the six children.  She died at the age of 34 on September 6th, 1916 in Dinxperlo (Aalten).2
