Jenneken was born on May 16th, 1777 in Hengelo (Gld) and her baptism took place on May 18th, 1777. Jenneken's father was Jan Derk Craassenberg and her mother was Berendina Coppelman / Koppelman.  Her paternal grandparents were Jannes Jansen Craassenberg / Kraassenberg and Hendrina Hendriksen Klein Wesselink; her maternal grandparents were Jan Derk Coppelman and Vrouw / Moeder. She had a brother and three sisters, named Hendrik, Janna, Hendrika / Hendrica and Aeltjen.  She was the youngest of the five children.  She died after 1799.
