William Pogson

William was born about 1875 in Leeds, Yorkshire, England. William's father was William Pogson and his mother was Sarah Ann Roberts. His maternal grandparents were Thomas Roberts and Anne Clarkson. He had a brother and seven sisters, named Herbert, Clara, Nellie, Ellen, Ada, Beatrice, Doris and Custis. He was the oldest of the nine children. He died in 1886.
