Emma was born on January 16th, 1862 in Para Plains, SA.1 Emma's father was Jeremiah POINTON and her mother was Frances BROWN. Her paternal grandparents were John POINTER and Mary EMERSON; her maternal grandparents were Robert BROWN and Susanna MARTIN. She had five brothers and seven sisters, named William, Robert, Robert, Jeremiah, Zaccy, Ann, Rebecca, Christina, Maria, Mary, Alice and Susan. She was the third youngest of the thirteen children. She died at the age of 70 on January 5th, 1933 in Willaston, SA.1 Death Notes
