William Butteress PARHAM 
William was born on March 16th, 1860 in Gawler Plains, SA.1 William's father was John Pocock PARHAM and his mother was Jane ROWE. His paternal grandparents were Edmund PARHAM and Sarah COPIS. He had five brothers and four sisters, named John, George, Edmund, Edwin, Henry, Sarah, Eleanor, Jessie and Dorcas. He was the fifth youngest of the ten children.-
