Thomas was born on January 30th, 1916 in North Adelaide, SA.1 Thomas' father was Thomas Alfred LOMAX and his mother was Edith ELSDON. His paternal grandparents were Thomas LOMAX and Sarah Ann PASSEY; his maternal grandparents were Thomas Robinson ELSDON and Sarah HOLT. He had a brother and two sisters, named Joseph, Joan and Betty. He was the oldest of the four children. He died at the age of 80 on September 7th, 1996 in Glengowrie, SA. He was buried on September 12th, 1996 in Centennial Park Cemetery, Pasadena, SA.2 3 Death Notes
