Thomas was born on September 29th, 1859 in Scarborough, North Yorkshire, England.1 Thomas' father was William JOWSEY and his mother was Maria Ann BROWN. His paternal grandparents were John JOWSEY and Ann ROBINSON. He had two sisters named Jane and Sarah. He was the second oldest of the three children. He died at the age of 89 on July 28th, 1949.1 Death Notes
