Frank was born on September 1st, 1877 in Hori Rozinka, Moravia, Czechoslovakia. Frank's father was Josef VETESNIK and his mother was Ann TOMAN. His paternal grandparents are George VETESNIK and Anna NEVRKLA; his maternal grandparents were Jan (John) TOMAN and Josepha (Josephine) ZABRSA. He had four brothers and three sisters, named Joseph, John J., Anton W., Michael Louis, Petronella, Josephine and Anna Marie. He was the third oldest of the eight children. He died at the age of 55 on May 23rd, 1933 in Edgemont, South Dakota.-
