Timothy Franklin MAY 
Timothy Franklin was born on May 4th, 1826 in Sligo County Ireland.1 Timothy Franklin's father was Timothy Franklin MAY and his mother was Ellen BRIERLY. He had four brothers and two sisters, named James, Michael, Patrick, Thomas, Ellen and Bridget. He died at the age of 86 on September 8th, 1912 in Salt Lake City, UT.2 General Notes
On his death cert it said his mother was Ellen Tobin, but this is wrong.

Another error I came across is that Timothy F. May's date of death is shown as September 8, 1912 in the ancestral file. I went to Mt. Calvary Catholic Cemetery and also looked up microfilmed death notices in the newspapers and found his actual date of death was September 18.
Timothy Franklin and Ellen were married in a religious ceremony on January 16th, 1853 in Petersborough, Ontario, Canada.2 They had five sons and four daughters, named Timothy Franklin, John Edward, Michael, Thomas, William Patrick, Nora, Jane, Margaret E. and Mary.

On the 16th of January 1853 I the undersigned Priest after one publication of the marriage bonds having dispensed with the other two by virtue of a faculty granted to me by Bishop Phelan have married Timothy May son to Timothy May and Ellen Brierly on the one part and Ellen Mahoney daughter to William Mahoney and Mary Tobin on the other part both of Douro, in the presence of Timothy and Ellen May.
