Denis KENNY

Denis was born in 1901 in Kennystown, County Wicklow, Ireland.¹ Denis' father was Richard KENNY and his mother was Annie WAFER. His paternal grandparents were Richard KENNY and Margaret MCDONNELL; his maternal grandparents were Matthew WAFER and Frances CAULFIELD. He had three brothers and a sister, named Richard, Michael, Matthew and Frances. He had five half-brothers and seven half-sisters, named Richard Joseph, Michael, Andrew, James, Sean, Maria, Rose, Molly, Nancy, Bridget, Julia and Kathleen. He died at the age of 17 in December 1918 in Kilcavan, County Wicklow, Ireland.¹
