Annie was born on August 31st, 1878 in Kilcavan, County Wicklow, Ireland.1 Annie's father was Matthew WAFER and her mother was Frances CAULFIELD. She had two brothers and five sisters, named Thomas, John, Frances, Bridget, Elizabeth, Ellen and Margaret. She had a half-brother named John. Matthew was born on October 2nd, 1904 in Tomacork, County Wicklow, Ireland.5 He died at the age of 80 on January 19th, 1985 in Tigroney, Avoca, County, Wicklow, Ireland. He was buried in 1985 in Avoca, County Wicklow, Ireland.6
