George Francis HOURIGAN 
George Francis was born in 1871. George Francis' father was John HOURIGAN and his mother is Mary O'BRIEN. His paternal grandparents were James HOURIGAN and Ellen O'REILLY; his maternal grandparents are Timothy O'LEARY and CATHERINE. He had two brothers and two sisters, named James, John, Female and Mary. He died at the age of 31 on February 24th, 1902.General Notes
Died while on duty as a night guard for Frost & Wood. "He was a quiet industrious man" and the obit also mentioned that he was married a little over a year ago and left a wife, but no children.

Virginia seemed to think he was a black sheep in the family, and perhaps wasn't even brought up by his parents, and may have been brought up by Patrick Hourigan. She also seems surprised that he would work as a Night watchman, stating " "Not the type of job Patricks children went into."
Let it also be known that it isn't full proven who George's parents were.
There was also a James Hourigan in Brockville and it could have been his eldest son, according to Virginia Hourigan.
George Francis and ? were married in a religious ceremony on November 8th, 1900 in Brockville, Ontario.
