Samuel Slade

Samuel was born on January 19th, 1793 and his baptism took place on February 24th, 1793 in North Perrott, Somerset, England.  Samuel's father was Stephen Slade and his mother was Elizabeth Body. He had four brothers and seven sisters, named William, Thomas, Samuel, John, Sarah, Ann, Ann, Joan, Susannah, Constance and Elisabeth.  He was the sixth oldest of the twelve children.
