John Slade

John was born on October 6th, 1804 and his baptism took place on October 7th, 1804 in North Perrott, Somerset, England.  John's father was Stephen Slade and his mother was Elizabeth Body. He had four brothers and seven sisters, named William, Thomas, Samuel, Samuel, Sarah, Ann, Ann, Joan, Susannah, Constance and Elisabeth.  He was the second youngest of the twelve children.
