Thomas Muir 
Thomas was born on May 30th, 1818 in Fordel, Dalgetty, Fife, Scotland. Thomas' father was Walter Muir and his mother was Helen Beveridge. His maternal grandparents were George Beveridge and Janet Muir. He had two brothers and five sisters, named George, David, Janet, Montgomery, Betty, Grace and Mary Ann. He was the third oldest of the eight children. He died at the age of 42 on September 20th, 1860.-
