Betty Muir

Betty was born about May 26th, 1821 in Fordel, Dalgetty, Fife, Scotland. Betty's father was Walter Muir and her mother was Helen Beveridge. Her maternal grandparents were George Beveridge and Janet Muir. She had three brothers and four sisters, named Thomas, George, David, Janet, Montgomery, Grace and Mary Ann. She was the fourth oldest of the eight children.
