Gladys Cookson 
Gladys was born in September 1912 in St Pancras, London. Gladys' father was Frederick Thomas Percy Cookson and her mother was Elizabeth Finn. Her paternal grandparents were Charles Frederick Cookson and Constance Emily Gillett; her maternal grandparents were Richard Finn and Honora Unknown. She had three brothers and a sister, named Charles Richard, Percy Gerald, Richard Frank and Lillian Maud. She was the second oldest of the five children.-
