Mary Hunter

Mary was born in 1863 in Seaham Harbour, Co Durham.¹ Mary's father was Alexander Ford Hunter and her mother was Elizabeth Myers. Her paternal grandparents were Robert Haswell Hunter and Hannah Jane Ford. She had three brothers and a sister, named Alexander, Robert, Samuel and Sarah. She was the third oldest of the five children.
