Alexander Hunter

Alexander was born in 1860 in Seaham Harbour, Co Durham.¹ Alexander's father was Alexander Ford Hunter and his mother was Elizabeth Myers. His paternal grandparents were Robert Haswell Hunter and Hannah Jane Ford. He had two brothers and two sisters, named Robert, Samuel, Sarah and Mary. He was the second oldest of the five children.
