Edith Harper 
Edith was born in 1888 in Tow Law, Co Durham.1 Edith's father was Henry James Harper and her mother was Mary Ann Allison. Her paternal grandparents were James Henry Harper and Elizabeth Haywood. She had two brothers and a sister, named James, Thomas and Elizabeth. She was the youngest of the four children. She had a half-brother named Henry.-
