Nicholas was born on February 29th, 1988 in Thunderbird Samaritan Hospital.  Nicholas' father is John Edward Fornara and his mother is Vicki Marie Wilson.  His paternal grandparents were Silvio John Fornara and Charlotte Agnes Trill; his maternal grandparents are Larry Wilson and Frieda Richter.  He is the second of four children.  He has a brother and two sisters, named Anthony, Nicole and Rachel.  He has a half-brother and four half-sisters, named John, Lisa, Cynthia, Kimberly and Denise.
