John was born on January 30th, 1965.  John's father is John Edward Fornara and his mother is Margaret Famiglietti.  His paternal grandparents were Silvio John Fornara and Charlotte Agnes Trill.  He is the oldest of four children.  He has three sisters named Lisa, Cynthia and Kimberly.  He has two half-brothers and three half-sisters, named Nicholas, Anthony, Nicole, Rachel and Denise.
